Dear Hamburg Alumni & Bulldog Supporters,

For more than a dozen years, the Digital Sign in front of Hamburg High School has celebrated our achievements, promoted school events, and proudly welcomed students, families, and visitors to the campus. Installed in 2013 through the generosity of alumni and supporters, it has become a true symbol of Bulldog pride.

Unfortunately, the sign is now experiencing significant failure. The digital panels are obsolete, making repairs impossible. The only solution is a complete replacement.

The Hamburg Alumni Foundation has launched a $60,000 fundraising initiative to replace the sign and ensure it continues to serve our school and community for years to come.

Your generosity through the Alumni Foundation has already made an incredible difference: • Over $1 million raised for district capital projects, staff grants, and student scholarships. • The Wall of Fame has honored 186 outstanding Bulldogs Alumni & Educators along with 28 Teams & 7 Families. • Donations to our recent Music Fundraiser exceeded $100,000 to purchase instruments and support programs to enhance the music experience for our students and community.

We are proud of what we’ve accomplished together—and we invite you to be part of this important project.

Donations to the 2026 Hamburg High School Digital Sign Fundraising Initiative can be made at the Hamburg Alumni Foundation Donation Page (please check add note/comment and type in: Digital Sign).

All donors’ names will be recognized on our social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and the Hamburg Alumni Foundation website. All donations of $2,000 and above will be included on a new plaque that will be displayed next to the original 2013 donor plaque.

STAFF GRANTS & STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS

• Grants of more than $285,000 have been given to educators since 2013 for technology, programs, field trips, labs and teacher education.
• Student Scholarships have exceeded $275,000 since 2006.

CAPITAL PROJECTS

• The Foundation has facilitated more than $400,000 in Capital Projects including Playground upgrades, Digital Scoreboards at The Fisher Athletic Complex, HS LED Sign, Showcases, and Athletic Fields.

MUSIC FUNDRAISER

• Raised more than $100,000 to provide instruments and programs to enhance the music experience for our students and community.

HONORING OUR ALUMNI

• Since 2010, the Alumni Foundation’s Wall of Fame committee has honored 186 Distinguished alumni, educators, coaches, sports legends, along with 28 teams and 7 families.
