J.J. DiGeronimo, Class of 1991
After graduating with a computer information systems degree in 1995, JJ began her career designing computer infrastructures for Fortune 500 companies. Before her recent work, JJ had a 20-year career in high tech, positioning new technology solutions to CIOs. She advanced into leadership positions within Silicon Valley-based technology companies including Accenture, Inktomi, and VMware.
JJ is no stranger to navigating the numerous twists and turns of advancing from entry-level positions into leadership. With new levels of awareness, JJ wrote her third award-winning book, “Seeking: 74 Key Findings to Raise Your Energy, Sidestep Your Self-Doubts, and Align with Your Life’s Work”.
SEEKING shares a more spiritual side of JJ’s life that undeniably strengthens her mission to empower women in both the workplace and their personal lives. With extensive interest and excitement around her new book, JJ created an online community for SEEKERS. The community, TogetherWeSeek.Online is a dynamic platform with live discussions, resources, and workshops for women interested in digging deep, releasing their guilt, and aligning with what they know to be true.
JJ’s work is featured in many popular publications including: “Forbes,” “The Wall Street Journal,” and “Thrive Global.” She includes these experiences – along with hours of research – in her second award-winning book, “Accelerate Your Impact”, which complements her first award-winning book, “The Working Woman’s GPS”. In addition to her books and keynotes, JJ is a featured columnist and host of the popular podcasts – “Career Strategies for Women that Work” and “Together We Seek“.
These days you can find JJ at WaterWood in Vermilion, Ohio, where she is in the process of creating a global wellness center for visitors to explore, connect, and release.
