New York State Cross Country Champion and Gatorade Player of the Year-2008. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Section VI- Runner of the Year- 2007. 8^th Place finish in 2008 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championship. At the time of graduation, set the Section VI Record for the 3000 Steeplechase- 2009 (9:19.31). Went on to run 4 years of Cross Country at Syracuse University. Winner – Buffalo Marathon- 2019 (2:22.04)
