Complied an 8-1 record during the ’76 season, ranked Top 10 in WNY and 25th in New York State. 10 Players were named Division II All-Star Team: 4-Offense, 5-Defense, 1 Special Teams. Mark Collins and Perry Dix selected as All-Western New York- Buffalo News. Perry Dix set Division II record by blocking 6 punts during the 1976 season. Outscored their opponents 156 points (17.3) to 89 points (9.8).

Cross Country, Track
New York State Cross Country Champion and Gatorade Player of the Year-2008. Section VI- Runner of the Year- 2007. 8th Place finish in 2008 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championship. At the time of graduation, set the Section VI Record for the 3000 Steeplechase- 2009 (9:19.31). Went on to run 4 years of Cross Country at Syracuse University. Winner – Buffalo Marathon- 2019 (2:22.04)

Track and Field
3-Time New York State Champion- 400m Hurdles. At the time of graduation, set the Section VI 400m Hurdles record: 52.69- 2009. At the time of graduation, held 6 Hamburg Track and Field indoor and outdoor records. Received the Gatorade Player of the Year award- 2008/2009. Two-year Team Captain for both Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams. Received an athletic scholarship to the University of Buffalo where he posted the 2nd best all-time performance in the 400m Hurdles in UB history.

Soccer, Basketball
2nd Team All- Western New York selection- Basketball- 1994. Two-time 1st Team All-ECIC-1 (1991, 1993) and 2nd Team All-ECIC selection- Soccer- 1992. Made a key save in goal in the shootout for the Lady Bulldogs to advance to the NYS semi-final soccer game- 1992. Two-year team captain of basketball team that finished the season with a 19-3 record- 1992 and 1993. To date, the only Hamburg Girl’s basketball player to ever play collegiately at the Division I Level. Went on to play basketball collegiately at Canisius College.

Soccer, Tennis, Swimming, Lacrosse
Named NSCAA/Adidas All-WNY, All-NYS, and All-Region Soccer- 2007. Tallied over 40+ goals and 80+ assists over 5 year Varsity Soccer career. Competed in NYS quarterfinals in Doubles Tennis as a sophomore, before switching to lacrosse playing on two Section VI winning teams in 2006 & 2007. Earned 14 Varsity Letters while at Hamburg competing in 4 sports. Went on to play Division I soccer at the collegiate level at Penn State then University of Buffalo, playing in +60 matches. While at UB named to Mid-American All-Conference Soccer Team- 2010.
